Vibecall

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vibecall (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

License

941am Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Transfer your license to another person or entity

Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by 941am Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on the rights of others
• Transmits any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Interferes with other users' enjoyment of the App

In-App Purchases

Some features of the App may require payment. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. All purchases are final unless Apple's refund policy applies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 941am Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
